The ProtoPrint S is a SMT manual stencil printer and a tabletop model that can be used for PCB assembly. The ability to use milled polymer stencils reduces costs and increases efficiency in the production of circuit boards.

The ProtoPrint S manual SMT stencil printer has a reusable 2-sided ZR stencil stretching frame. x/y/phi adjustable printing table 300x300mm, left to right transport and fine-pitch on-contact printing; fast clamping for different frames up to width 460mm, length vertical separation for between 420 -520mm and height from 20-33mm; fine adjustment of stencil level with micrometer screws; 4 magnetic PCB supports and 4 screw type edge/through-hole position clamping PCB supports, Mylar test-registration system, rubber squeegee 260mm, mechanical stretching frame ZR 362x480mm."

  • Fine pitch printing Precise three-dimensional (X, Y, theta and clearance) adjustment of the stencil with micrometer screws is vital for superior printing results. Excellent positioning accuracy and a specially designed lever for speed controlled parallel separation makes ultra-fine-pitch printing possible, as well as excellent screen printing. Micrometer screws easily and precisely adjust the PCB-screen gap.

    PCB clamping The ProtoPrint S features freely adjustable, high clearance PCB nesting pins that allow boards populated on one side to be printed on the other. Frames, such as the ZelFlex, easily mount on adjustable clamps. The ProtoPrint S includes a test print screen for fast set up of new print jobs.

    Plastic stencil for rapid prototyping The ability to use milled polymer stencils (limited to 0.625 mm / 25 mil pitch) reduces costs and increases efficiency in the production of circuit board prototypes.

    Double-sided tensioning frame Insert plastic or metal stencils into double-sided ZelFlex ZR frames -- the fast exchange and patented stretching system of ZelFlex ZR frames ensures optimal tensioning and easy handling.
