|
Prototype printed circuit board assembly will be easier with these cost effective manual operated stencil printers, they are quick and easy to use because stencils do not need mounting holes, and no heating of the stencil is required.
Positioning of the circuit boards is simple with the use of magnetic placeholders. The SD 240 stencil printer can be used for single as well as double sided printed circuit boards. |
|
The Gold-Print SPR-20 benchtop, manual SMT stencil printers are designed for low to medium volume surface mount prototype circuit board assembly runs. Precise X,Y, Z, and theta axis controls allow for accurate, consistent deposition of solder paste or masking material for SMT.

For high accuracy and a higher level of working comfort DIMA designed the stencil printers SP-200. The stencil allows smaller openings than a screen and is therefore better suited towards fine pitch printing. The stencil printer is a heavy duty manually operated units based on a heavy aluminium frame with bearings to ensure exact results on the printed circuit board assembly.

The Protoprint E is a synonym for simple, affordable, and reliable manual SMT printing, allowing PCB prototypes and small series of pitches up to 0.625 mm (25 mils) and size 160 x 200 mm to be done rapidly.
The Protoprint E provides numerous possibilities, from stencils, screen, gap, to on-contact printing, either with polymer or metal stencils.
With a double-side integrated mechanical ZelFlex quick release frame: 10" x 15" (266 x 380 mm). Printed circuit board size 6.3" x 7.9" (160 x 200 mm), hand metal squeegee 7.1" (180 mm)

|
The ProtoPrint S is a precision manual stencil printer. This tabletop model can be used for prototypes and for small batches of fine pitch SMT circuit boards assembly. Precise vertical separation between stencil and circuit board is guaranteed to meet the specifications of contact printing, as small as 0.3mm (12 mil) pitch (ultra-fine-pitch area).
The ability to use milled polymer stencils reduces costs and increases efficiency in the production of SMT circuit board prototypes.

DIMA offers a series of manually operated printers designed for stencil or screen printing solder paste, glue and other products onto printed circuit boards and other substrates. The combination of the special pressure spreading mechanism with linear guidance greatly improves the accuracy of printing. The printer can handle screen and stencil frames up to 23 inches but can be adjusted for smaller frames. |

The Gold-Print SPR-40 is a semiautomatic SMT stencil printer designed for medium volume surface mount assembly. The dual squeegee with individual pressure control makes solder paste deposition on circuit boards accurate and repeatable.
|
|
|
The Gold-Print SPR-45 has the same features as the SPR-40, but is more automated with its power sweep squeegee and power frame lift for higher volume runs. Even for fine pitch applications, friendly precision controls make operation of these systems simple and easy.
Dual squeegee for clean and convenient application of solder paste on circuit boards

SD 3642 Semiautomatic stencil printer, with many advantages, it is cost effective, Stencils do not need mounting holes, positioning of PCBs is simple with the use of magnetic placeholders, the printer can be used for single as well as double sided printed circuit boards, even if there are already components on one side. Fine and Accurate X, Y, and Theta adjustments for exact, repeatable stencil to board print alignment. The printer is unique because of the vertical lift of the top frame; the paste will be vertical so it will give you the best result for the Placement of components, and its heavy duty frame. |

RIGID- HIGH TECH DIMA is introducing a new breed of semi-automatic screen printers belonging to the Hybrid family of production equipment for SMD printed circuit board assembly. The hart of the machine is based on a rigid casting where the motor driven printing head is guided over the frame by linear bearings. All parameters like printing speed, squeegee pressure, lift-off speed, printing stroke and maintenance parameters can be programmed from the windows based user interface. The circuit board can be set up using the highly flexible magnetic locator pins, board supports and vacuum units. Making a test print on a Mylar foil allows you to align the board under the printed pattern so that your production run starts with a perfect print. The printer comes standard with off-line software to prepare production on networked computers at another location. |
