Flux Spray System

• Nozzle: Imported nozzle, better spray
• Air system: AIRTAC electromagnetism valve, anti-corrosive pipe
• Moving nozzle system: air cylinder driven, spray speed and spray width can be adjusted by handle.
• Filtration flux system: The filtering device is made of multi-collecting lay, it is easy to clean.

Welding system

• Material: 316 stainless steel
• Capacity: 100kg double wave crest capacity
• Height range of wave crest: 0—8mm adjustment and wave crest balanced.
• Power consumption (heater): 6kw, uniformity heat, long life. It will take 1 hour to melt tin. This can save 6kw during melting tin and save 3kw during constant temperature.
• Unique nozzle: Double wave crest design, with unique flat wave which is stable and reduce SMD leaking solder.
• Heat controlling system: PID control, accuracy is ±2
• Moving tin pot: In and out can be finished by hand.
• Motor of wave crest: imported stable motor.
• Tin pipe: screw thread stem imported motor

Cooling system

• Cooling motor: Unique cooling design.

Transmission system

• Chain: Stainless steel chain, anti-corrosive, ametabolic.
• Rail system: Strong special aluminum.
• Speed: 0—1800mm/min.
• Accuracy: Motor made in Taiwan, it is easy to adjust and maintain.

Controlling system

• Buttons on the panel: Manual/ automatic control, speed can be set, temperature can be displayed.
• Protection short circuit: With short circuit protection, and Sanling air switch protection in main power, tin pot of preheating zone, with fuse power in controlling system.
• Urgent stop protection: There are 2 urgent stop protection systems in the soldering machine, to cut off power in urgent condition.
• Whole machine controlling: Relay controlling.
• Transmission speed: Taiwan motor makes sure the speed is stable.
• Wave crest: Taida transducer makes wave crest flatter.
• Over-current protection: Over-current protection with transducer, will cut off power when the current is over to keep the motor safe.
• Modularization wiring device:There are a main wiring modularization and a controlling modularization.
