The TP39 Mounter is made up of five parts:

• Mounting System
• PCB alignment platform
• Smooth guidance control system
• Silent vacuum pump
• Chip feeder

The TP39 is designed specially for small and middle-sized manufactures and institutes. Various nozzles can be fixed on the machine and all kinds of chips can be picked and placed, for example diode, dynatron, SOT, SOP, PLCC, QFP, chip resistance, chip capacitor and others. Vacuum pump inside.

Operation process:

24 types of chips can be hold by the disc feeder. 15 types of chips can be laid on the Belt feeder at most. First, lay all the chips on the feeder according to the actual production demand. Then turn on the power and move the pick and place head to the top of the chips. The chip will be picked by the nozzle automatically. After that, move the head to the right pad on the PCB. Rotate the head and finish the alignment. Then simply press the mounting head down and step on the foot switch at the to end the mount of the chip. Innovations:
