The TP38 Mounter is used together with an anti static vacuum absorb-pen. The air supply is controlled by a foot switch, all this can achieve exact location and quick mounting of any tiny space on chips such as QFP, PLCC, BGA and others. At the same time X, Y axis have precision setting which can achieve the fine tuning in the X and Y directions. Accuracy of adjustment can be as little as 0.01mm, which makes the mounting chips more effective and easier even in tiny spaces.
