The CMS-100 is a “low cost” manual pick and place machine.
The manufacturer has developed a component holder with 42 separate anti static bins for Surface mount technology components. The placer can be used together with the manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact and the vacuum pump CMS-50 or vacuum/dispensing unit CMS-200. The CMS-100 can not be used with the feeder holder CFT-360.

Manipulator arm
The CMS-1000 is a professional manipulator arm which is used for ‘Pick & Place’ of SMD components and also for dispensing of solder cream and/or glue. The built-in spotlight provides an optimal light source for your work. The manipulator arm has a unique switch feature for ‘Pick & Place’ of components. One can pick a component by placing the ‘Pick & Place’ pipette in a descending motion of the arm on the component by turning the small knob on the arm. The moment you place the component the vacuum will be released. The same system is used for dispensing. By clicking the needle, glue or solder cream, is dispensed either continuously or in small dosages. Arm can be operated left or right handed.

Dispenser CMS 200

The CMS-200 microprocessor controlled dispenser unit, incorporates a digital timer with adjustable dispense time. Low viscosity fluids can be easily dispensed with this unit, the barrel vacuum avoids dripping.
The CMS has also a vacuum output to connect the Pick & Place manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact. Regulation of the vacuum to the size of components to be used, can be adjusted by a vacuum valve.

Storage unit with 10 drawers. Each drawer has an insert tray with 35 antistatic bins.
