CMS 100 Manual Pick & Place Machine
The CMS-100 is a “low cost” manual pick and place machine.
The placer can be used together with the manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact and the vacuum pump CMS-500 or vacuum/dispensing unit CMS-200.

TP28 Manual Mounter
The TP28 Mounter is used together with an antistatic vacuum absorb-pen. The air supply is controlled by a foot switch, all this can achieve exact location and quick mounting of any tiny spacing on chips such as QFP, PLCC, BGA and others.

CMS 2000 Pick & Place Machine

The manual Pick & Place system CMS-2000 with manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact is a low cost modular system that can be added accordingly to your requirements. The manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact with automatic pipette has a very light movement over the printed circuit boards. The CMS-2000 placing system can be used together with tape/stick feeders and two anti static trays with 42 bins each. This Pick & Place machine is suitable for right as well as left handed users without any technical changes.

CMS 100TF Manual Pick & Place Machine

The manual Pick and Place machine CMS-100TF with manipulator model CMS-1000 Compact, is a modular system you can add accordingly to your requirements.
The manipulator CMS-1000 Compact with automatic pipette has a very light movement over the printed circuit boards.

TP38 Manual Mounter

TP38V Manual Mounter
The TB38V has a table for X, Y and Z axis directions, and the mounting head can rotate freely, this makes sure the accuracy stays at 0.01mm.

EasyPlacer

EasyPlacer, an essential tool for repair shops or repair devisions to replace high pitch components like PLCC’s, FP’s, QFP’s, etc. With an optical zoom up to 45x and high accurate positioning table, components can be placed with high precision using a vacuum nozzle component placer.

Gold-Place™ MPP-10/11 Manual Pick & Place System

The Gold-Place™ MPP-10/11 pick & place machine allows an operator to accurately and efficiently place SMT components manually. Its patented hand rest and arm assembly alleviates operator fatigue by carrying the operator's hand throughout the entire process. The vacuum tip automatically toggles on and off during component pick-up and placement. The digitally timed dispenser accurately deposits solder paste, adhesives and various potting compounds.

The difference between the MPP-10 and MPP-11 pick and place machines is that model MPP-11 comes with the four mode programmable dispenser.
